Rental Reminders
- PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE clear area of animal waste before we arrive 💩
- Please don’t cut your grass 2 days before your event. Grass clippings make a mess 😬
- If paying cash at delivery please have exact amount. Our drivers don’t carry change
- Payment is due BEFORE we start setting up
- Our dolly is 42″ wide. Please make sure any gates or entrances we have to go through is at least that wide
- The following are BAD ❌ for Bounce Houses and inflatables in general. Please keep away from the inflatable(s)
- Silly String
- Glitter
- Confetti
- Food
- Drinks
- Sharp Objects
- If you are renting tables and/or chairs please know our delivery drivers don’t set them up. They will leave them, in bulk, wherever you’d like
- POWER: You are responsible for ensuring that there are enough power outlets (and power) within 50 feet of your set up area. If you are renting a bounce house typically 1 regular wall outlet will do the job. We will use our extension cords for the inflatables. You may use your own extension cords for concessions. If you need an extension cord just let us know and we will supply one for you.
- STAKES: We drive stakes into the ground to secure most equipment. If your set up area should not or is unable to be staked please let us know so we can bring alternative anchoring equipment (if you’ve chosen concrete or inside as your surface, we’ll know to bring sandbags) If your concerned about underground pipes or utilities, please call 881 a couple days before your rental
- GENERATORS: We deliver our generator rentals filled with gas as a courtesy. You are responsible for checking the gas level every hour and adding more gas if needed.
- PARKS: If your event is at a park you are responsible for ensuring that you have the proper permits for your event. Most parks require a general permit and a special use permit for inflatables, generators, etc. Verify this info with the park and make sure we are allowed to use stakes to secure the equipment into the ground. We will provide them with a certificate of insurance for the event if requested. A park delivery fee of up to $100 may be applied to all park deliveries. We will deliver up to 1 hour before the start time of your event and pick up no later than one hour after the end time of your event. Just give us a call if you have more specific questions
- LEAVING EQUIPMENT: Equipment cannot be left unattended. Your personal yard (front or back) is fine. It is your responsibility to ensure the equipment is used safely and properly at all times. You will be liable for any theft or damage that occurs to the equipment if it is left unattended and your damage waiver will be void (if applicable). This more specifically applies if your event is at a park, you cannot leave the park before we pickup the equipment.
