Currently we are running a special for free overnight rentals ($50 value) That means we’ll setup prior to the start of your party or event on the rental day and we’ll pickup the following morning. Anytime between 7am – 12pm. This doesn’t cost anything extra

A big part of why we’ve been in business 5 years is because of the way we take care of our inflatables and other party needs. Your inflatable will be cleaned before and after you use it. Check our review, there are soooo many mentions of how clean our inflatables are

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do not provide water hoses

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. Our preference and the very safest option is on grass. Our big water slides WILL NOT be setup on any hard surface – they are just too big and need secure anchoring. Not sure? Just give us a call.When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with 18″ long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

We will never drive on your grass unless you give us permission – then we probably still won’t. We’ve seen from experience that putting a tarp on grass for a day or two won’t permanently hurt it. If your using water with your inflatable there may be some muddy areas when we leave. Give it a couple days of sun and everything should be back to how it was 

First and foremost, while recommended, the damage waiver is OPTIONAL (except for larger events like Schools, Church Events, Public Events, etc.)

What does the damage waiver cover? You get the peace of mind that any unintentional/accidental damage will not result in an extra charge. Please just let us know that something was damaged

What does the damage waiver NOT cover? Theft, the use of silly string, glitter, gum, paint, permanent marker damage, face paint. Any slices, cuts or punctures caused by animals or shoes (never wear shoes on inflatables) Also not covered is damage caused by fireworks, firepits or cigarettes. For reference repairs can average anywhere between $100-$500 or even sometimes the replacement cost of the rental.

Full disclosure, we’ve had close to 5000 rentals to date. Not once have we charged extra to anyone that has purchased the damage waiver.
