- First and foremost, while recommended, the damage waiver is optional (except for larger events like Schools, Church Events, Public Events, etc.)
- What does the damage waiver cover? You get the peace of mind that any unintentional/accidental damage will not result in an extra charge. Please just let us know that something was damaged
- What does the damage waiver NOT cover? Theft, the use of silly string, glitter, gum, paint, permanent marker damage, face paint. Any slices, cuts or punctures caused by animals or shoes (never wear shoes on inflatables) Also not covered is damage caused by fireworks, firepits or cigarettes. For reference repairs can average anywhere between $100-$500 or even sometimes the replacement cost of the rental
- Full disclosure, we’ve had close to 5000 rentals to date. Not once have we charged extra to anyone that has purchased the damage waiver.
